Mastercard wrongly denied ‘logical’ time-barring of DSG, Dixons card-fee claims, judges told

Mastercard told appeal judges today that the UK’s specialized competition court wrongly dismissed its “logical” bid to have damages claims from DSG Retail and Dixons Carphone ruled out of time.

The UK-based consumer electrical retailers, which filed their claims in 2015 and 2016, are seeking compensation for alleged losses between May 19
