Mann Mobilia, Tessner Holding file Tejo-Roller joint control deal for EU review

Mann Mobilia and Tessner Holding have requested EU approval to acquire joint control of Tejo Möbel and Roller, according to an update today on the European Commission’s register of deals.

The EU merger regulator has set a Nov. 30 deadline to decide on the deal and is sharing jurisdiction with Germany's merger regulator,
