‘Malthusian’ attitude of SNCF subsidiary hampers competition in rail, French antitrust agency says (update*)

France’s incumbent train company SNCF has been warned by French antitrust enforcers to stop hindering the liberalization of the railway market and to correct the “Malthusian” attitude of its infrastructure manager.
