A.P. Moller-Maersk has skipped the chance to offer concessions to EU officials reviewing its proposed acquisition of German freight-forwarder Senator International, indicating that the deal is on track for unconditional approval, MLex has learned.

The European Commission has until March 29 to either clear the deal or open an in-depth investigation.
