Maersk skips EU remedies on Senator deal, indicating approval in sight

A.P. Moller-Maersk has skipped the chance to offer concessions to EU officials reviewing its proposed acquisition of German freight-forwarder Senator International, indicating that the deal is on track for unconditional approval, MLex has learned.
