Lufthansa-ITA make capacity and feeder-traffic promises in bid to ease EU concerns

Deutsche Lufthansa has said it will guarantee a minimum number of flights between Rome and North America for three years, to ease EU concerns that its takeover of Italia Trasporto Aereo would hike prices for trans-Atlantic travelers, MLex has learned. 
The promise is one part of a large package of commitments
