LiveRamp could face probes in UK, France after digital rights group complaint

US data platform LiveRamp could face regulatory investigations in the UK and France after an activist group complained about the company’s privacy practices. The Open Rights Group alleges that LiveRamp’s new product relies on unlawful processing of personal data with insufficient security measures and results in even more intrusive profiling online.
