Live Nation faces calls for legislation, possible breakup of Ticketmaster merger at US Senate hearing

Live Nation Entertainment President Joe Berchtold took heat at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing today as lawmakers zeroed in on the company’s alleged abuses of monopoly power in the ticketing industry, helped by its acquisition of Ticketmaster in 2010.
