Lithuanian Railways appeals EU antitrust sanction to bloc's top court

Lithuanian Railways is pursuing its legal fight against a European Commission antitrust sanction, filing an appeal to the bloc's top court.
A company spokesperson told MLex that the train operator is "committed to using every possible tool to lower the economic harm of this decision" on the company.
