LinkedIn must respect ‘do not track’ requests, German court rules (update*)

LinkedIn must respect users’ requests to not be tracked, a German court has ruled. 
The Berlin regional court partially ruled against the Microsoft-owned professional networking site in August, according to a summary released yesterday by the German consumer organization that brought the claim.
