LinkedIn denied dismissal of 3taps' data scraping litigation by US judge

LinkedIn’s motion to dismiss 3taps' litigation seeking permission to scrape data from public profiles was denied by US Judge Edward Chen of the Northern District of California today.
3taps is asking the court to declare that scraping data from public LinkedIn profiles wouldn't violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
