Lifecore Biomedical avoids US prosecution over bribery in Mexico

Lifecore Biomedical, known as Landec Corporation until last year, will not be prosecuted for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations concerning its Mexican operations, according to a letter agreement signed by the US Department of Justice.
