Liberty-Ziggo second EU approval mischaracterized market for sports channels, KPN tells court

Dutch telecom company KPN today urged EU judges to annul the European Commission’s decision to re-approve Liberty Global’s acquisition of Ziggo, saying officials made “manifest” errors in how they defined markets for sports channels.
