Letting easyJet buy Air Berlin assets hurt competition, LOT tells EU court

British airline easyJet’s 2017 takeover of certain Air Berlin assets should have been blocked because of its harm to competition on flights to and from Berlin, rival airline Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT told EU judges today.
