Leadiant wins suspension of Dutch ‘excessive pricing’ fine as regulator probes insurers

Leadiant has won the suspension of a 19-million euro ($21.5 million) antitrust fine, as the Dutch watchdog starts an investigation into whether four insurers colluded by refusing to negotiate a price reduction for an orphan drug.
