Latam appeals approval of IAG-Air Europa deal in Brazil

Latam has lodged an appeal against the Brazilian competition authoritys decision to unconditionally approve the proposed acquisition of Air Europa by International Consolidated Airlines Group.
Latam is urging the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, to impose remedies on the transaction, which will now be assigned
