Last leg of Quindell probe closed down by UK fraud agency

Individuals linked to Watchstone Group, formerly known as Quindell, are no longer under scrutiny from UK investigators after the Serious Fraud Office closed the second and final leg of a long-running criminal investigation, the company has said.

Watchstone, which provides technology services to the insurance industry, informed the London Stock Exchan
