Lanxess, Advent file EUR3.7 billion bid for Royal DSM’s polymers business for EU approval

Lanxess and Advent International have requested EU approval to acquire Royal DSM’s engineering materials business, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals.
The EU regulator has set a Jan. 9 deadline to decide on the deal.

The deal, valued at 3.7 billion euros ($3.8 billion)
