Korean Bar Association fined for blocking lawyers from offering services through tech platform

South Korea’s two largest associations of lawyers have been hit with fines and corrective orders by the country’s competition regulator for restricting their member lawyers from offering services through a legal tech platform and penalizing those who had done so.
