Korean Air Lines’ Asiana remedy offer acceptable to UK watchdog, subject to market feedback

Undertakings Korean Air Lines has offered to the UK competition authority are “appropriate” to remove the competition concerns raised by the company’s bid to take over rival Asiana, according to a notice published this afternoon (see here).
The Competition and Market Authority said it considers that the remedies could answer
