Korean Air gains more time to submit Asiana deal concessions to EU

Korean Air Lines has gained 20 working days to offer concessions to the EU merger regulator to win approval for its purchase of rival South Korean carrier Asiana.
The European Commission extended the review yesterday, according to an update on its register of deals today.
