Kingspan goes to court in fight over EU probe into aborted Trimo deal

Kingspan has appealed to EU judges over information held by the European Commission in its review of an abandoned merger with Trimo, MLex has learned.
Officials are investigating Kingspan over allegedly misleading investigators during scrutiny of the transaction, but the company has now turned to the EU’s lower-tier court over
