Kingspan files Trimo acquisition for EU review

Irish building materials company Kingspan has requested EU approval to buy Slovenian peer Trimo from private equity owner Innova Capital, according to an update on the European Commission's register of deals.

The commission, which was notified on Wednesday, has set an April 12 deadline to decide on the deal.
