Kia, like Subaru, shows compliance with Massachusetts vehicle data law is possible, state attorney general says

South Korean carmaker Kia is taking steps to comply with a Massachusetts law on access to vehicle data, contrary to claims by an auto association challenging the law that it was impossible to do so due to conflict with federal law.
