KHS, Ferrum file acquisition of joint control of Ferrum Packaging for EU review

Germany's KHS and Switzerland's Ferrum have requested EU approval to take joint control of Swiss can-seaming company Ferrum Packaging, according to an update on the European Commission's register of deals.
The commission has set a June 22 deadline to decide on the deal.
