JFTC records lowest number of leniency applications ever in 2022

Japan’s antitrust regulator recorded its lowest leniency-application numbers in the 2022 fiscal year since it introduced the system in 2006, according to its annual enforcement report released today.
The Japan Fair Trade Commission, or JFTC, said that a total of 22 businesses filed for antitrust leniency in the fiscal year
