Japan's update to green antitrust guidelines to clarify information-sharing on joint-production facilities

The Japanese antitrust regulator’s planned update to its environmental-sustainability guidelines will include clarifications on how companies may communicate their production plans when they engage in joint upgrades or renovations to shared-use facilities, according to one of the architects of the update.
