Japan's Mainami Aviation prepares to challenge JFTC's cease-and-desist order in court

The cease-and-desist order against Japan’s jet fuel supplier Mainami Aviation Services was an appropriate application of the law and should be followed, Japan Fair Trade Commission’s top bureaucrat said today, after a week where there was no response to the order from the company.
