Japan's app developers to cooperate with global peers to confront Apple, Google

As game developers in the US and Europe support Epic Games in its battle against Apple’s alleged anti-competitive app-store practices, a group of Japanese content developers has joined hands with a European counterpart to form a global alliance to address what they claim is abusive conduct by app store giants.
