J&J-TachoSil deal headed for in-depth EU investigation

Johnson & Johnson’s purchase of the TachoSil surgical-patch business from Japan's Takeda Pharmaceutical is headed for an in-depth EU investigation, MLex has learned.

That would put the European Commission’s deadline to decide on the deal in August.
