Intuitive Surgical urges US judge to dismiss suit over alleged monopolization of surgical instrument market

Surgical robotics company Intuitive Surgical urged a US judge in California to dismiss an antitrust complaint from Surgical Instrument Service Co. alleging that Intuitive illegally monopolized the market for replacements and repairs of surgical robots.
