Intercontinental Exchange, Black Knight court date still in flux as US judge weighs hearing after July 12 FTC administrative trial

A US judge in the Intercontinental Exchange and Black Knight merger case signaled today that she's amenable to an expedited hearing before a scheduled July 12 Federal Trade Commission administrative proceeding, and is considering the option of a “hybrid” preliminary injunction hearing which might include some testimony before the FTC in-house
