Intel files appeal against reimposed EU fine

US chipmaker Intel has started fresh litigation at the EU courts, contesting a 376 million-euro fine from September which the European Commission levied in response to an earlier court defeat.
Intel's new appeal focuses on its disputed use of "naked restrictions," which saw payments flow to HP, Acer and Lenovo
