Insurance Ireland offers ‘fair’ access to its data exchange system to end EU probe

Insurance Ireland has offered a set of commitments to the European Commission, including fair access to its information exchange system, to put an end to an EU antitrust probe.
The regulator said in a statement today that it is now seeking comments on the remedies offered by the Irish industry
