Indonesian biodiesel exporters lose legal battle against EU countervailing duties

Indonesian biodiesel producers have lost a four-year legal battle against EU countervailing duties, with the bloc’s highest court rejecting all their pleas against the measures. They found unjustified the claims put forward by PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri and PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo against the European Commission's conclusion that Indonesian imports
