Indonesian biodiesel court cases mount over EU tariffs

EU tariffs on biodiesel from Indonesia are facing mounting court challenges, with several producers following in Wilmar's steps to overturn the antisubsidy measures in Luxembourg.
Ciliandra Perkasa, Pelita Agung Agrindustri and Permata Hijau Palm Oleo filed cases last week against the duties at the EU's lower-tier General Court.
