Individuals linked to Amec Foster Wheeler won’t face prosecution, as UK fraud prosecutors have dropped an investigation into them in the wake of parent company Wood Group signing a deferred prosecution agreement in July.
Wood Group signed the agreement worth 103 million pounds ($140 million) with the Serious Fraud Office earlier
