Illumina and Grail face off with EU Commission over unwinding today

Illumina and Grail arrived in force to contest the European Commission’s plan to compel them to unwind their deal at a closed-door meeting in Brussels today.

More than a dozen representatives and advisers of the two companies showed up to contest the regulator’s December Statement of Objections calling for “restorative measures” (see here).
