Illumina-Grail deal not proven by US FTC to be illegal, administrative law judge found

Administrative law judge D. Michael Chappell of the US Federal Trade Commission said the agency failed to prove that Illumina’s acquisition of Grail would give the company incentive and ability to disadvantage Grail’s rivals, resulting in lessening of competition.
