Illumina-Grail deal ‘met conditions’ for EU referral, Norway says

Illumina’s bid to take over cancer-testing company Grail met the conditions for referral to the EU merger regulator, Norway says.
The Norwegian competition authority confirmed to MLex that it had joined the French competition authority's request for the Illumina-Grail deal to be referred to the European Commission (see here).
