Illumina, Grail ask FTC to stay hold separate order, monitoring provisions of their deal

Illumina and Grail filed an application with the US Federal Trade Commission to stay the agency’s order requiring the companies to hold separate and other monitoring provisions regarding their deal.
The motion is for an expedited stay while a review by the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
