IBM-Software AG deal approval suspended in Brazil following request by CADE councilor for further review

The Brazilian approval of IBM's proposed acquisition of StreamSets and webMethods from Silver Lake’s Software AG has been suspended following a request from a councilor of the Brazilian competition authority to review the deal again, MLex has learned.
The deal was cleared by the investigatory unit of the Administrative Council
