IBM pulls and refiles US paperwork for HashiCorp deal

IBM has withdrawn and refiled paperwork with the US antitrust authorities for its $6.4 billion acquisition of cloud software maker HashiCorp.
The company pulled its filing on June 10 and refiled paperwork on June 12, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
