IAG has met regulatory conditions to take Air Europa stake, company says

International Airlines Group has satisfied all regulatory conditions to take a minority stake in rival Air Europa, according to the company.
IAG said today that it had taken a 20 percent stake in Air Europa through converting a 100 million-euro ($102 million) loan into equity (see here).
