HSBC, JP Morgan, Crédit Agricole take aim at Euribor cartel decision at EU's top court

HSBC, JPMorgan Chase and Crédit Agricole appeared at the EU Court of Justice today seeking to overturn cartel fines related to the manipulation of interest-rate derivatives.

Central to the appeal, which is being helmed by HSBC, is the argument that European Commission investigators should have checked to see if contacts between traders
