HPE-Juniper deal gets unconditional clearance in Brazil

Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s proposed acquisition of Juniper Networks has been cleared unconditionally by the Brazilian competition authority, according to an update on the agency's website.
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, approved the deal in less than 30 days from notification, concluding that market shares in all overlapping
