Hong Kong antitrust agency unlikely to accept commitments for cartel, advanced cases, policy says

Hong Kong’s antitrust agency is unlikely to accept commitments as a way of settlement to end investigations or lawsuits in cartel cases, or when the case is in a very advanced stage, according to a new policy.
