Hogan Lovells to face $500 million UK misconduct claim over PrivatBank shareholder fraud

Law firm Hogan Lovells has lost an attempt to throw out a $500 million claim brought against it by a former client for failing to secure a freeze order against two former PrivatBank shareholders who, the bank alleges, swindled $2 billion from it.
