Heineken sees Dutch damages claim over Greek beer market sent back to lower court

Dutch judges must take another look at a damages claim filed against the brewer Heineken and its Greek subsidiary Athenian Brewery.
The Court of Appeal in Amsterdam reviewed EU rules on jurisdiction in cases that risk judgments diverging in different member states and found the claim brought against the Greek
