Heineken appeals Brazil CADE Superintendence decision in Ambev beverage exclusivity clause probe

The Brazilian subsidiary of Netherlands-based brewing company Heineken has appealed a decision from the Brazilian competition authority’s Superintendence rejecting the company’s request to prohibit Ambev from signing exclusivity contracts with points of sale.
