Hapag-Lloyd files Wilhelmshaven terminal stake purchase for EU review

Hapag-Lloyd has requested EU approval to acquire a stake in the Wilhelmshaven container and rail terminals, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals. The EU regulator has set an April 29 deadline to decide on the deal.
